The place was clean with attentive staff members. The bed was comfy, and the room itself was large.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

I loved every detail about my nice 5 nights stay here. The hotel had a central position just next door to central Queenstown, hike up queenstown hill, the center of town.

Staff and location were very good, I had a great stay. I got free upgrade and loved it. The hotel itself was in a lovely area, right by the Main Street, the town centre and skyline gondola. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Queenstown.

The place was fascinating and neat, it had outstanding staff and service.

Courteous personal, amazing views, HANDY location short walk to the centre of Queenstown, the center and Queenstown. The bed was extremely comfy and it was great having a fridge, central heating and an iron.

We loved the secluded location and how clean the place was kept. Room was budget, common and included balcony, mosquito nets and air conditioner. The staff was willing to help, and fulfilled extra services.

The decor was delightful, stuff was accommodating, and the place was fairly clean.

great views from the balcony, nice location. adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. we dined out at the spice room, set very close to the hotel.

We stayed in an apartment with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a heating system and a writing desk.
